At Vital, we value our customers’ satisfaction and have set a clear return and refund policy to ensure transparency of your rights and responsibilities.
Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Products must be in their original, unopened delivery packaging, or be defective, or delivered incorrectly.
- You must notify us immediately and return the box in its original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, tampered with, or are no longer sealed.
Refunds
- If the above conditions are met, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund of the payment.
- Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
- Returned products must be shipped back to us using a registered courier service.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
Additional Conditions
- Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method used by the customer.
- For payments made by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card in accordance with the policies of the issuing bank.
- Refund processing may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
