Refund and Returns Policy

At Vital, we value our customers’ satisfaction and have set a clear return and refund policy to ensure transparency of your rights and responsibilities.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened delivery packaging, or be defective, or delivered incorrectly.
  • You must notify us immediately and return the box in its original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, tampered with, or are no longer sealed.

Refunds

  • If the above conditions are met, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund of the payment.
  • Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Returned products must be shipped back to us using a registered courier service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.

     

Additional Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method used by the customer.
  • For payments made by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card in accordance with the policies of the issuing bank.
  • Refund processing may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
