Cancellation Before Shipment

• Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been shipped or within 24 hours of placing the order (whichever comes first).
• In such cases, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, subject to the issuing bank’s or payment provider’s policies.

Cancellation After Shipment

• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Instead, customers may benefit from our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.
